My name is Luciana Serrano Blaistein. I was born in 1988 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My background includes studies in History, Socio-Cultural Anthropology, Photography, Film, Transmedia Narratives and Education.

I am interested in examining borders, identities, memories, and the sense of belonging in the contemporary world. I also pay attention to the ecosystem of images and mechanisms of production of meaning around these issues in different media. 

I value spaces that emphasize co-production of knowledge and participatory practices. 

I conceive my research and work as a tumultuous daily practice that hybridizes my experiences and concerns, pushing the horizon of what is imaginable in learning and doing with others.
